Tony Balian founded Broker Boulevard as a way to complement his passion for real estate with his networking prowess. As a native of Los Angeles and a current resident of San Diego, Tony brings to the table a sense of familiarity of the culture and markets of both these Southern California cities.

Purchasing his first property at the age of 20 sparked his passion for the real estate industry, turning a hobby into the founding pillars of Broker Boulevard. Obtaining his broker’s license was a natural transition for Tony after graduating from Business School at California State University, Fullerton. Since then, Tony has grown a network of trusted and diligent brokers and agents. Over the past decade, Tony has purchased and sold multiple properties and has partnered with like-minded real estate entrepreneurs, establishing a strong growing network.

His mission for Broker Boulevard is to provide a comfortable family-like work environment which will enable agents to prosper from their abilities and work ethic. Tony wants to offer his services to friends and family, in a way which would raise the bar for competing brokerages.
